General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipments at this time.
Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. We do not ship our products on Sundays.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within a maximum of 2-5 business days from the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the state to which the item is shipped.
Items Damaged in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at care@grubberyorganicfoods.com. If there are any defects during transit, please contact us as soon as possible; otherwise, you won’t be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 2-7 working days or will be given as a gift coupon.
Terms and Conditions – Order Related
- Order Cancellation We will be unable to cancel the order once it has been placed on the website. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
- Complaints and Grievances In case you have any product or post-delivery complaints/grievances, you must notify us within 15 days of having received the order. Please share a package opening video for us to take suitable action. If your ordered products have arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or are different from what was ordered, please reach out to us.
- Delivery Status For any delivery-related issues, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery confirmation message from our delivery partner. Suitable action will be taken accordingly.
- Refunds and Returns Only defective and damaged products can be returned within 4 working days from the day of delivery. A refund will only be initiated if the internal packaging is damaged during transit. Any damage to the outer duplex box will not be eligible for a refund as it does not affect the quality of the product. The refund amount will be processed via RazorPay within 15 working days. - T&Cs for Promotions
- Promotions are applicable for customers residing within India only.
- Offers are valid only for 30 minutes from the time you receive the promotional message.
- Each promotion is applicable only once per customer.
- To participate, register on www.grubberyorganicfoods.com, add the specific product to your cart to avail the offer, and apply the promotional code while checking out. Only one coupon code can be redeemed per checkout.
- Use the same email address while checking out that was entered at the time of registration.
- Grubbery Organic Foods reserves the right to cancel orders if the transaction is found to be of fraudulent nature or due to any system error.
- The offer is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry, and Grubbery Organic Foods reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- Grubbery Organic Foods reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
